When treating an evacuee, you will be prompted to enter the evacuee's first name, last name, date of birth, pre-disaster residence zip code, and sex. If the evacuee's information is available through ICERx.org, you will see a link to the following information:
  • Quantity and day supply
  • The pharmacy that filled the script (if available)
  • The provider who wrote the script
  • Drug information, such as indication and dosage, administration, and interactions
