To access ICERx.org, you must be a U.S.-licensed physician treating a disaster-affected evacuee and you must have an ICERx.org login and password.

To register, please call 1.888.ICERX.50 (1-888-423-7950). When registering, you will be asked specific questions, the responses to which will be used to validate your identity and credentials.

Evacuee prescription information will be made available only in the event of disaster.
